Liver Transplant in Adults

Adult Liver Transplantation is a complex surgical procedure, often used as the last resort for patients with liver failure. Performed under anaesthesia, the procedure involves replacing the damaged liver with a healthy lobe from a living or deceased donor. Types of Liver Transplants

Deceased Donor Liver Transplant: Involves using a deceased (cadaver) donor's entire liver for the recipient.
